Life or death?
Deuteronomy 30:19-20 "I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; "that you may love the LORD your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days; and that you may dwell in the land which the LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them."

There is a natural life whose beginning is determined by the natural birth and the natural death. There is also another life which begins with a supernatural birth (rebirth).

Joh 3:3-7 Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?" Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. "That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. "Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.' "

This supernatural birth is the way which enables a person to have a life with God. The whole earth was cursed as a result of Adam and Eve's sin, whose consequences were death, sickness, and pain. However, God by His great love and grace make a way out of this hopelessness; whereby He came to this earth and became a man. He Himself took on the curse, by bearing our sins on the cross and, thereby, destroying the power of sin and death.

Every person now has the free right to choose between life and death. If you reject God's grace, then you will be condemned to eternal death and will be lost. You will go the same place where Satan is going to end up - the one who deceived you. However, if you believe in Jesus Christ as your Savior and God, and are obedient to the gospel, then you will end up repenting and letting yourself be baptized in Jesus' name. You will receive forgiveness of your sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit, (see Acts 2:38) Fellowship with God will be restored which had been destroyed by sin in your life. Your relationship to Him requires separation from sin, and holiness. By your faithfulness, obedience, and faith until the end, you will be saved. You will forever dwell in the glory of God and reign with Him. Jesus loves you. Trust Him with your life. dka
