Mat 5:14-16 "You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. "Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
As we are living for God, one must realize that God calls everyone, the young and the old. That means He has a plan and a purpose for everyone. Let's look at a few qualities of a good leader.
The first of these qualities is influence. You have the ability to reach people no one else can! No matter how popular or unpopular you are at your school, university, or work place, there are always people who are watching the life you are exemplifying.
The second quality is integrity. Integrity is wearing oneself inside out. Great leaders always live a life of integrity. A formula for a great leader would look something like this: Influence + Integrity = Results. There is an absence of great leaders in this generation. We need Pentecostal people to step up and lead this generation into revival!
"A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don't necessarily want to go, but ought to be." -Rosalynn Carter (former First Lady of the United States) bmc
